Full Complement Cylindrical Roller Bearings

SBI full complement cylindrical roller bearings are designed to carry heavy load.Comparing with traditional bearings with cage, full complement cylindrical bearings have much higher loading capacity.The radial cross  section of the type of bearings is very small. So it can be very space-saving.However the limiting speed of the bearings is relatively lower.All the multi-row cylindrical roller bearings are with a lubrication groove and one  nipple on the outer ring.

Full complement cylindrical roller bearings have whole inner and outer ring and blocking-oriented cylindrical roller. Because they have the maximum number of rolling elements, these bearings have quite high radial load capacity and high rigidity and are applicable for particularly compact design.Owning to kinematic conditions , they can not reach the high speed that cylindrical roller bearings with cage can achieve. 

Full complement cylindrical roller bearings can be used as non-locating bearing, semi-locating bearing, and locating bearing.They can be designed in single and double row.

A cylindrical roller bearing with snap ring groove is a self-retention element for thefull complement cylindrical roller bearing, and includes whole inner and outer ring, blocking-oriented cylindrical roller and seal ring. 

The outer ring is provided with a snap ring groove.The inner ring is axially open in the opposite direction, 1mm wider than the outer ring,and both of them are involved in the support of steel bars inside.

The cylindrical roller bearing with snap ring groove is a positoning bearing.These bearings with very high rigidity and can support axial forces in both directions and high centripetal force.

Designed for full installation, it can have the maximum number of rolling elements. Thus, it has a quite high basic dynamic load and static load.Due to kinematic conditions, high speed may not be reached when a cylindrical roller bearing with cage is used.

The bearing for cable pulley

The outer ring have snap ring groove, which can effortlessly position the bearing ring axially, and therefore, the bearing is much suitably configured in cable pulley.

A minimal load is required(c0/p〈60)for the bearings to run well in succession .Otherwise wear may happen when lubrication is running out or rotating speed is high. 

Positioning bearing axial clearance is 0.1~0.2mm.
