Rotary Reducer Application

The rotary reducer is an independent closed drive between the prime mover and the working machine to reduce the speed and increase the torque to meet the work needs. The main parameters of the current reducer, such as center distance, transmission ratio, modulus, tooth width coefficient and so on are standardized. Rotary reducer is the worm drive gear, to achieve the effect of deceleration. The worm is driven by the motor, which drives the rotating outer ring to rotate, the outer ring passes through the flange output torque, and the slewing inner ring is fixed in the base. Rotary reducer in the field of solar photovoltaic power generation has been widely used.

Rotary reducer is a multi-tooth contact with slewing bearing and torus enveloping worm structure. It has the characteristics of large transmission torque and smooth running. It can withstand large radial, axial load and strong overturning moment. Resistance to wind resistance, is being widely used by domestic and foreign customers in solar photovoltaic power generation tracking system and other new energy industry. Products are currently from 3 inches to 25 inches in diameter and other 9 models, more than 60 varieties, to meet the different forms of photovoltaic, optoelectronics, light and heat and precision tracking needs.
